In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the jj11 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so would be unlawful;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

If you are accessing the jj11 platform on behalf of a business entity, you additionally represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jj11 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

jj11 may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register for and use the jj11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Platform. jj11 enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Providing false date of birth information is a material breach of these Terms.
2. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the jj11 platform. Multiple accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, will result in suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances within duplicate accounts may be forfeited at jj11's discretion.
3. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating it promptly upon any change.
4. Personal Use: Your jj11 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances.
5. Identity Verification: jj11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal rights pending verification.
6. Jurisdiction: You represent that your use of the jj11 platform complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. jj11 makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction.

jj11 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jj11 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jj11 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including customer support.

You must notify jj11 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any:

• Unauthorised access to your jj11 account;
• Loss or theft of your login credentials;
• Suspicious activity or transactions within your account.

jj11 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have shared your login details with any third party.

jj11 recommends that all members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through Account Settings. Biometric login options available on compatible mobile devices are also permitted. Sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity as a standard security measure on all jj11 accounts.

Deposits: Deposits are accepted via approved Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited to your jj11 wallet in PKR (or PKR-equivalent at prevailing rates where applicable). The minimum deposit is PKR 300. jj11 does not charge fees on deposits made via Pakistani payment methods.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed;
• There must be no outstanding balance of unplayed bonus funds associated with your account balance;
• All relevant wagering requirements must be satisfied;
• The withdrawal must be to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Withdrawal amounts must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method.

Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are processed same-day during banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times. jj11 aims to review withdrawal requests within two hours of submission.

Fees: jj11 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals made via Pakistani payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank). Standard blockchain gas fees apply to USDT TRC20 withdrawals and are displayed prior to transaction confirmation.

Currency: All jj11 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the base currency. jj11 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT transactions.

jj11 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP programme benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification;
• Each promotional offer is valid for the period specified in the offer terms;
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x) and are set out in each individual promotion's terms;
• jj11 reserves the right to cancel bonus funds and associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of mathematical wager patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or any other conduct inconsistent with good-faith participation in promotions;
• Promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly permitted;
• jj11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have commenced participation in good faith.

Players are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion in full before accepting bonus funds. Acceptance of bonus funds constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms.

All games and betting products offered on the jj11 platform operate in accordance with the rules applicable to each respective game or sport. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game-specific rules before wagering.

Random Number Generation: All jj11 slot games and virtual table games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots are disclosed in individual game information panels. jj11 does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules: Bet settlement is governed by jj11's sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of ambiguity, the rules of the relevant international governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, UFC rules for MMA) shall be applied as the secondary reference. PSL matches are subject to applicable PCB regulations where relevant to match status determination.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, platform error, or interruption that results in a game being played under abnormal conditions, jj11 reserves the right to declare the relevant wager void and return the staked amount to the Player's jj11 wallet. Winnings accrued from technically erroneous game states may be voided at jj11's sole discretion.

Disconnections: jj11 is not liable for network disconnections, device failures, or internet service disruptions on the Player's side. Bets and game rounds commenced prior to disconnection shall be settled in accordance with the game outcome where technically determinable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj11 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

1. Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to cooperate in ways that provide an unfair advantage in multi-player games, including but not limited to sharing hole-card information in poker or coordinating bets to exploit promotional structures;
2. Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence programmes, or any technology designed to make wagering decisions or execute bets without genuine human decision-making per wager;
3. Bonus Abuse: Any systematic strategy designed to exploit jj11 promotions without genuine entertainment intent, including matched betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with near-zero risk;
4. Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one jj11 account in any form, whether using the same or different identity credentials;
5. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider for deposits genuinely made to a jj11 account by the account holder;
6. Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your jj11 account or use your login credentials for any purpose;
7. Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point in your relationship with jj11;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jj11 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jj11 content;
• Modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform;
• Use any jj11 branding, trade marks, or content for any commercial purpose;
• Systematically extract or scrape data from the Platform.

Any use of jj11 content beyond the scope of the licence granted herein requires express prior written consent from jj11. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of jj11's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

The jj11 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj11 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jj11 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any information provided on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current;
• The Platform will be available in any particular jurisdiction at any particular time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj11's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 90 days preceding the claim.

In no event shall jj11 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the jj11 platform.

Nothing in this Section shall operate to exclude or limit jj11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jj11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jj11 will provide notice to registered members via email to the address on record, via a prominent notice on the Platform, or both, prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and formatting changes that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Players, may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the jj11 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance through jj11 customer support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which the jj11 platform is operated and licensed. In the event of any conflict between local laws and these Terms, the applicable provisions of local law shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

All disputes must be submitted in writing. Verbal communications shall not constitute formal dispute submissions for the purposes of these Terms.
