This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, stored, or transmitted by jj11 in connection with the operation of the jj11 platform at jj11.bid and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, payment processing, customer support, and promotional activities.

• Fraud Prevention and Security: Monitoring account activity for fraudulent transactions, detecting and preventing bonus abuse, identifying unauthorised access attempts, and maintaining Platform integrity;
• Responsible Gaming: Monitoring player activity for indicators of problem gambling, administering self-exclusion requests, managing deposit and loss limits, and fulfilling responsible gaming obligations;
• Customer Support: Responding to queries, complaints, and support requests submitted through live chat, email, or any other jj11 support channel;
• Marketing and Promotions: Sending promotional communications about jj11 offers, PSL seasonal promotions, and VIP programme updates — only where you have provided consent or where jj11 has a legitimate interest in doing so. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via Account Settings;
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Meeting obligations under applicable anti-money laundering legislation, responding to lawful requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities, and maintaining records as required by applicable law;
• Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the jj11 platform, identify technical issues, and optimise the player experience for Pakistani users.

jj11 processes personal data only where a lawful basis for doing so exists under applicable data protection law. The legal bases relied upon by jj11 are as follows:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the jj11 Terms & Conditions agreement — including account creation, service delivery, payment processing, and KYC verification;
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable legal obligations, including anti-money laundering regulations, age verification requirements, and lawful requests from competent authorities;
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support quality, and aggregated analytics — where such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests;

Where jj11 relies on legitimate interests as a legal basis, we conduct and document a balancing test to ensure that the legitimate interests pursued do not override the fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects.

jj11 does not sell your personal data. We share personal data with third parties only in the following circumstances and only to the extent strictly necessary:

1. Payment Service Providers: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency processing partners receive transaction data necessary to process your PKR deposits and withdrawals. These providers are bound by their own data protection obligations and applicable Pakistani financial regulations;
2. Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and age verification service providers receive identity documents and biometric data solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and age in compliance with jj11's verification requirements;
3. Gaming Content Providers: Live casino content providers (such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live) may receive pseudonymised session data necessary to deliver live dealer games. These providers process data under contractual data processing agreements with jj11;

The jj11 platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your session, and improve the player experience. The types of cookies used by jj11 are as follows:

jj11 retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal and regulatory minimum retention requirements. The following retention periods apply to key categories of player data:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jj11 will securely delete or permanently anonymise personal data such that it can no longer be associated with any individual. While jj11 takes all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, no digital transmission or storage system is 100% immune to breach. Players are advised to maintain strong, unique passwords for their jj11 accounts and to enable two-factor authentication as an additional security layer.

The jj11 platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. jj11 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is required before access to real-money gaming is permitted.

If jj11 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a minor — whether through false age declaration at registration or any other means — jj11 will:

• Immediately suspend the associated account;

Where personal data is transferred internationally, jj11 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the data to a standard equivalent to that required by applicable Pakistani data protection law. Such safeguards include:

• Pseudonymisation and encryption of data before international transmission where technically practicable.

By using the jj11 platform, you consent to the international transfer of your personal data as described in this Section, subject to the safeguards described above.

jj11 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, Platform functionality, or data processing practices. When material changes are made to this Policy, jj11 will notify registered account holders by email to the address on record and via a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, and formatting updates that do not alter the substance of jj11's data processing practices or your rights — may be made without advance notice.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the hero section of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision.
